Cavalcade of Band Championship Battle Plan

11:30am – School open, Pit load trailer and move to stadium 

11:30am-12:45pm – Championship Brunch served at the Wahoo Bistro

1:00pm – 2 run throughs at the stadium 

Family and Friends are invited to watch 

1:30pm – Load equipment, head back to the school 

2:15pm – Chaperones report to the school 

2:30pm – Depart for Warwick High School 

Family and Friends are invited to send off the buses WAHOO Style 

4:30pm – Arrive at Warwick HS, Walk to stadium for bathrooms, Vendors, Dinner at snack stand 

5:30pm – Line up to walk back to trucks/buses, Dress in full uniform, Unload truck, musical warm-up

7:00pm – Musical run through 

7:15pm – Move to gate

7:45pm – Nazareth “Blue Eagle” Marching Band performance 

8:00pm – Group Photo 

8:15pm – Load equipment, Non-seniors change out of uniform (time permitting) 

8:45pm – Back to stadium for West Chester University performance, Award Ceremony 

9:30pm Awards Ceremony (ALL SENIORS go out for awards)_ 

10:15pm – Depart for home 

12:15am – Estimated Arrival Time 

12:45am – Estimated Dismissal Time
