Rehearsal 12:30 – 3:00pm

*Eat a good lunch before you arrive!

12:00 Noon – School open

12:30 pm – Rehearsal begins:

                    Colorguard – Main Gym

                    Winds -LGI Room

                    Pit – Band Room

                    Battery – Auditorium Stage 

If by some chance the sun is shining and rain has not yet begun at our time of arrival, I will send out a Band App update for us to meet at the MS Turf Field or Parking Lot instead.  Otherwise, assume we will begin at the locations listed above.

Please come prepared, be flexible, and let’s work together so that we can reach our fullest potential!

Battle Plan Week of September 18th

Tuesday September 19th – Rehearsal 6-9 PM 

Pit start at school, move to parking lot at 7:30 PM 

Winds, Guard, Drumline to Parking lot for entire evening 

BE READY TO LEARN MORE DRILL FOR MOVEMENT 3 starting where we left off!

Thursday September 21st – Rehearsal 6-9 PM
Winds, Guard, and Drumline at Parking Lot all night. 
Pit start location TBD.
Friday – AWAY Football game at Liberty HS
  • 4:45 PM – Report time; come dressed in your under uniform clothing and marching shoes, with “show hair” done…we will dress into uniform before we go 
    • Be sure your under uniform clothing meets the established criteria!!!
      • PLAIN BLACK t-shirt, Mesh or cotton shorts, LONG BLACK socks
  •     Be sure to bring your own water bottle, your flip folder, and bring money for the snack stand at the game
  •  Load the trailer/truck immediately, so make sure your instrument is given to the loading crew upon arrival
  •  5:15pm Chaperones report 
  •  5:30 PM Depart for Libert Game 
  •         We will be performing SPLIT HALFTIME (1st half)

2023-2024 Fundraising Calendar

The band offers many different fundraisers during the season to help offset both student costs and that of the band proper.

We have three different types of fundraisers.  All fundraisers that band members sell and deliver items are run on a 25%-75% split of profit.  Band members receive 75% of the profit per item and the band proper recieves 25%.  Fundraisers that are product based where the band member picks up the product and must deliver to their customers. Fundraisers that are coupon based where the band member picks up coupons for the items that they sell.  Band members can either redeem the coupons and deliver the items to the customer or deliver the coupons to the customer and they themselves can redeem the coupons.  The third type is the whole band fundraisers where band members assist in the events in and all proceeds go directly to the band proper.

Congratulations!!! 2021 Yankee Open Champions!!!!

CONGRATULATIONS to all the members of our Nazareth Area Blue Eagle Marching Band for winning FIRST PLACE in the  2021 Cavalcade of Bands – Yankee Open Championships at Hershey, PA yesterday 11/13/21 with a score of 96.25!!!!  Also winning High Visual, High Music, and High Overall Effect for their show, “The Tempest”.  WAHOO!!!!!

Many thanks to our director, Mr. Hilborn, and all of our amazing staff members for their vision, creativity, and tireless work to make this show happen!  Many, many thanks also to all of our Blue Eagle Band Parents who dedicated their time and skills this year throughout the season in countless ways to make this moment happen for our kids.  It truly takes a village!  THANK YOU!!!
